Infobase has designed and developed a Digital ID Issuance and Management system for a leading bank in Canada. The requirements included automation of creating requests, approval workflow, automatic reminders, and integration with 3rd party systems.
Our approach was to adopt a Service Oriented Architecture that detached the underlining technology from the business logic, thus reducing maintenance cost and enabling future extensions. The application incorporated the latest web technology and made user interaction intuitively and refreshing.
Infobase successfully completed the project and implemented the application in production, achieving project objectives set out by the management, which is to save approximately $200,000 over the next five years.
