Infobase Solutions is a rapidly growing firm specializing in IT consulting and recruitment in financial industry. We are working with some of our large clients and are looking for top talents in the IT area to join our team in helping develop enterprise business software.

The ideal candidate should be experienced in designing and developing Java web and mobile applications in an agile environment, eager to adapt new technologies and broaden the scope of capability required to meet the needs of the business.

About this role:

• Hands on Java application development, build and deployment to cloud, VM or physical servers
• Design, support and be responsible for end-to-end project level technical solutions
• Work collaboratively with the developers and tech lead/architect to deploy and operate our systems
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations in a business context; working closely with business architecture and technology delivery team
• Present and take accountability for the technical solutions proposed
• Coordinate technical and architecture decisions with multiple stakeholders including the client and other business partners or suppliers
• Requires to be on pager rotation

About you:

• At least 5 years in developing enterprise Java web applications
• Solid experience in JSP, HTML, JQuery, AngularJS and Bootstrap
• Experience in Spring, Spring Boot and other frameworks
• Experience in Cloud technology especially Microsoft Azure is an asset
• Demonstrated experience with recent Source Control System such as Git, svn and Bitbucket
• Experience in Jenkins, Chef, Puppet, Maven, ant or other build and automation tools
• Experience in and comfortable working in an abstract matrix organization, and working with various groups
• Ability to work with little supervision and deliver on agreed deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related area
